Our mission is to mobilize access and open doors in the construction industry. 3P addresses root causes to help close longstanding gaps that have held the industry back.
Our Story
A philosophy created by Mrs. Bessie I. Perryman and incorporated in 2007, the 3P Foundation extends its capabilities to meet the needs of the construction industry. Mrs. Perryman was an educator, community leader, and humanitarian. Her philosophy was simple yet powerful, whenever you’re uncertain of your first step, turn to her "3P's" - Pray, Plan, and Proceed.
She recognized that while many pray and plan, few take the bold step to proceed.
